Apex300 is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

## Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. To initiate a return, you must contact us before sending any product back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

## Discount Codes and Promotions

Discount codes are valid only during the specified promotional period and subject to stated conditions. Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined with other offers, applied retroactively, or redeemed for cash. One discount code per order unless explicitly stated otherwise.
