## Where We Ship

We ship across Europe. Shipping availability and costs may vary depending on your destination. Available shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.

## Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary by country and carrier. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

## Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Any applicable free shipping thresholds or promotions will be displayed during checkout.

## Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@apex300.com.

## Customs and Import Duties

For shipments outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

## Incorrect Shipping Information

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Apex300 is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

## Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@apex300.com. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — please follow our return process instead.
