Return & Refund Policy

To initiate a return, you must contact us at hello@apex300.com before sending any product back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and materials.
- The product must be in a condition that allows it to be resold as new.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

## How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at hello@apex300.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
3. We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with return instructions.
4. Ship the product back to us following the instructions provided.

## Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for products lost or damaged during return transit.

## Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

## Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different product, please return the original item following the process above and place a new order.

## Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@apex300.com. Include your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund. In the case of products damaged in transit or confirmed manufacturing defects, return shipping costs will be covered by Apex300.

## Non-Returnable Items

- Products that have been used, installed, or modified
- Products not in their original packaging or missing accessories
- Products returned without prior authorization
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase

## EU Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of receiving the product and return it within 14 days of notifying us. The product must be in its original condition. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.
