How does the Bundle Builder work?

Our Bundle Builder lets you combine any compatible products into a custom bundle. When you bundle items together, you automatically get a 5% discount on the total. It is the best way to build a complete setup and save money at the same time.

Do you offer pre-built bundles?

Yes, we have a selection of pre-built bundles that pair popular products together at a discounted price. These are great if you want a ready-made setup without the hassle of choosing individual components.

What wheelbase should I start with?

For most beginners, we recommend the Simagic Alpha EVO Sport 9Nm. It is a direct drive wheelbase that delivers smooth, detailed force feedback at a reasonable price point. Check out our buyer's guides for detailed recommendations.

What is the difference between load cell and potentiometer pedals?

Potentiometer pedals measure how far you press the pedal. Load cell pedals measure how hard you press. Load cells give you much more consistent braking because your muscle memory works with pressure, not distance. The Simagic P500 is a great entry point for load cell pedals.

Do I need a cockpit or can I use a desk?

You can start with a desk setup, but a dedicated cockpit makes a big difference in stability and immersion, especially with direct drive wheelbases. The Sim-Lab GT1 EVO is our most popular entry-level cockpit and offers excellent rigidity for its price.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If your order has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to make changes. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified but you can return it under our standard return policy.
