Where do you ship?

We ship across Europe from our central warehouse. Delivery times and costs vary by destination. Exact shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

How long does delivery take?

Most in-stock items ship within 1 to 3 business days. Standard delivery within the EU typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your country. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Do you offer free shipping?

Returns

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order, in line with EU consumer protection regulations. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How do I start a return?

Contact our support team through the contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

What about damaged or defective items?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
